CSS Current Page Marker

I am sure this topic has been beat to death and I have spent a good bit of time researching, but…

I am working on a site and want the link when clicked to keep the style, specifically the color change. When another link is clicked I want that link to change color and the previous link to return to the static color. I hope this makes sense.

I have tried several different methods but none seem to work. Im guessing it is because I am using frames. One frame for my navigation and one frame for content.

The site is: klvrtns . com sorry for the spaces, cant post links yet.

I want "about" to stay red as long as the main frame is displaying the about content. When I click "interviews" I want "interviews" to stay red as long as the main frame is displaying that content.

Any tips? I am quite new to web design.

Thanks,

Ryan
