I’m working on a client’s website and the CSS drop down menu doesn’t seem to work when viewing on a mobile device (the menus aren’t clickable, nor do the sub menus appear).

I’ve scoured through the CSS and can’t seem to find out why. Can anyone see anything that might stop it working?
