I am a full time article writer on frelancer and on other freelance website like Elance. I want some help to build my business better on Elance as such kind of bad thing is happening with me. When I posted the professional proposal to client he\she declined my proposal and I check it why declined? I saw that "contractor did not have necessary expertise" as all skills are matched with me. I think that client should expect reviews, job history and experience but a new elancer did not have all these things. So, what can I do win more jobs and create job history.
