help with promoting new sports website
Hi, I recently launched my sports website. at the moment I’m generating about 1500$/month in sales.
I simply offer sports pick for a subscription… I had offered free sports picks for about 3 years with a great winning record and was finally persuaded by a friend to start charging for my picks. I was able to achieve the sales simply from my fan base that followed my picks when I was offering them for free.
I feel like the site has been a great success thus far… However, I would like to take it to the next level….
some plans I have in mind at the moment…
I would like to offer some sports betting tools and provide articles on the site to bring more traffic. However, I need to figure out an optimal marketing strategy before I waste any resources.
My question is what is the optimal strategy here and How do I go about marketing it. and some other questions..

-is it ok to outsource my social media/SEO?
-offering incentives to my SEO hirees what is a fair %? ex: % of incremental -sales.
