Anyone else annoyed that google changed their search results to no longer passively include your site in a users personal results if they’ve visited your page in the past?

Let’s say you are paying google adwords to bring 1000 visitors a day to a new site because it doesn’t rank in the top 10 or 20 of the SERPs. In the past, since those people visited your site, viewed a few pages, if they do a similar search, your site comes up on their first page for SERPs.

Now users have to use the Google +1 button for this to happen. This means your site has to have google +1 button on it, the user also has to have a google +1 account, because the only other place to find it is on the google search results, which for adwords they are not coming from google search.

I say this is a blatant conflict of interest and gives a huge advantage to established sites already ranked at the top of googles SERPs.
