Had a meeting at work today.

Long story…
I need to lower my expectations of other staff.

For example,
Lets say someone in another team doesn’t do what they were meant to do and leads to more work for you.
Lets say this happens often and from different staff.
Lets say your not allowed to complain about it anymore.

How do you tell yourself that its not your issue, let them get their job wrong, let them **** things up.. they will eventually become undone..

How do you nicely tell your boss things take longer because of the incompetence of other members of staff?

Any thoughts?
