Working on a site, which when finished is going to be ran by someone with little HTML skills. They have a monthly newsletter. I am making a simple upload file interface for uploading the document. I would like to only keep 12 files on the server. January – December. Finally when the file is uploaded, I would like the links on the members page to show the latest file to oldest file.

So with today being August 29th, they would likely be uploading September 2010. On the site, members would see:

September 2010
August 2010
….
….
November 2009
October 2009

I really not sure how to approach this. I can have the site name the files, so it could be as simple as 01.pdf for January or jan2010.pdf. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
